Isikhala means gap, opening, or pass, and refers to a “space” or area that allows passage, and this sits at the heart of everything I offer.

I created Isikhala to provide holistic support for people navigating life’s many and varied challenges. Whether you are experiencing stress, change, or simply feeling disconnected, our work brings together

movement, mindfulness, and therapeutic coaching to support you in a way that feels grounded, practical, and sustainable.


My Approach

My approach is rooted in the belief that well-being is not one-dimensional.

It is a dynamic relationship between the body, mind, and nervous system.

I offer an integrated, holistic approach that supports both physical and emotional well-being. My work is gentle yet effective, creating

lasting change through awareness, movement, and self-connection.

Midlife Coaching

While I work with a wide range of individuals, I have a particular passion for supporting women navigating midlife.

Perimenopause and post-menopause can bring profound physical and emotional changes - often leaving women feeling overwhelmed, unseen, or disconnected from their bodies.

Through my 12-week programme, The Isikhala Midlife Reset, I support women to:


  • Reconnect with their bodies
  • Restore balance and energy
  • Build strength and resilience
  • Regulate their nervous system
  • Move forward with confidence into this next stage of life

Massage Therapy, Yoga and Pilates (Corporate & Private sessions)

Massage can relieve stress, improve well-being, and support both physical and emotional health.

For workplaces, on-site massage enhances productivity, focus, and employee well-being.

The benefits of both Pilates and yoga are numerous, such as relieving symptoms of stress and anxiety, improving strength and flexibility, and reinforcing good posture.

Corporate wellness offerings can include regular onsite massage, movement sessions, mat or chair yoga, or a full day program such as a bespoke Isikhala Wellness Day. We will work together to create an event that will leave colleagues feeling rejuvenated and appreciated. The day could include movement classes, on-site massage, and mindfulness sessions or any combination to suit your needs.

Therapeutic Coaching

Is an evidence-based approach to healing, integrating modalities such as NLP, Hypnotherapy, Developmental Psychology, Life Coaching, EFT, and mindfulness to help you move toward a more fulfilling and enriched life.

A three-pillar approach:

beliefs and emotional blocks.

goals and values.

3 - Live in the now: Cultivate mindfulness and

present-moment awareness.


I strive to create a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you feel truly seen and heard.

In our therapeutic work, together, we'll explore your current experiences, gain insight into how your past has shaped your journey, and clarify where you'd like to go from here. This process is collaborative; we'll work together to define your goals and develop a path forward that feels both meaningful and achievable.

Using a holistic approach that honours the connection between mind and body, you'll receive tools and support to help you build greater self-awareness, resilience, and alignment across all areas of your life.

On-site massage and corporate well-being services are available across Berkshire, Hampshire, and London.

Therapy and coaching sessions are also available online.
